Mercy Pavilion will, as a health care institution, be attentive to the moral and ethical decisions of each individual. We affirm the dignity and value of each person. Mercy Pavilion shall reach out to those in need of skilled care, subacute care, or assisted living care to provide an optimal state of health and fullness of being. We will provide our service with dignity, compassion and concern, seeking quality care that maximizes the progressive return of residents to their fullest potential of health.

Mercy Pavilion is a 77-bed nursing care facility with additional accommodations for 64 seniors in the Senior Care Residence. The center, dedicated to providing the most appropriate level of care to our community’s seniors, is sponsored by Battle Creek Health System.

Mercy Pavilion confirms the values of its sponsor by providing services in a compassionate, concerned and caring manner that respects each resident as an individual. We recognize the value and importance of families and strive to create continued opportunities for family togetherness. Mercy Pavilion is the only skilled nursing facility in Battle Creek to earn accreditation from the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Mercy Pavilion is also certified to participate in Medicare and Medicaid, and licensed by the State of Michigan.
